Q: We have a local convention that has XXX number of attendees annually. We are interested in getting support for our convention.
A: Tasty Minstrel Games is highly in favor of supporting local conventions. We make library copies of all of our games available to conventions. Please schedule ahead of time to pick up games directly from us at BGG.con, GenCon, Pax Prime, or Pax East.
Q: Does Tasty Minstrel Games accept outside game submissions?
A: Tasty Minstrel Games is not accepting outside submissions at this time. While shopping your game to publishers, we recommend you check out the Board Game Designers Forum. BGDF is a great resource for aspiring game designers, and it could prove interesting or helpful to you. We have discovered games on BGDF in the past.
Q: Does Tasty Minstrel Games like game review exposure?
A: Yes, we fully encourage you to review our games and appreciate your efforts. At this time, we only provide review copies to our approved list of reviewers. If you have a very large audience, then we will consider adding you to our list. If you ask for review copies, then please provide us information about your audience.
Q: Does Tasty Minstrel Games provide review copies for non-English reviews?
A: No. We would appreciate you reviewing our games, but we will leave the distribution of review copies in your language up to our licensing partners.
Q: Does Tasty Minstrel Games provide any compensation for translations?
A: As we do not understand the markets for non-English languages nor do we have a way to verify a correct translation, we leave translations up to our licensing partners for other languages.
